Community Manager

Online Portal

Register at wdm.cincwebaxis.com and click the sign-in link. After registration, you'll receive a temporary password via email from [email protected]. The portal provides access to CCRs, Calendar, Board Member Directory, Community Financials, and more.

Assessment

HOA dues are $83 every quarter, due on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. A $20 late fee is applied monthly for overdue balances.

Architectural Review

Contact William Douglas Management with photos, brochures, sketches, and property location. The Community Manager will contact you with a decision in 30 days.
