HOA Dues

Quarterly assessments are $83 per quarter, due on:

January 1
April 1
July 1
October 1

Pay online via the resident portal (eCheck or ACH auto-draft) or mail a check to the management company. A $20/month late fee applies to overdue balances.

Garbage & Recycling

Garbage & Yard Waste

Collected every Wednesday. Place bins at the curb the morning of pickup. Per community covenants, trash containers must be stored out of view from the street when not at the curb.

Recycling

Collected every other Wednesday. Check the Mecklenburg County schedule for your specific pickup weeks.

Planning Exterior Changes?

Any exterior modification to your property requires approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before work begins. This includes painting, fencing, landscaping changes, sheds, pools, and more.

Download the ARC application from the Documents page and submit it to the management company. The committee has 30 days to review your request.
