Slips and Street trees are defined as the tree planted between the sidewalk and the road.   It is the responsibility of the homeowner adjacent to the tree to maintain and care for the tree. This includes the acorns they may drop.   Section 7.3.7 of the Town Code references this.   It is imperative that homeowners clean up acorns regularly as slips and spills related to acorns are the responsibility of the homeowner.
