Does Glenwyck have a social media presence?
The board maintains accounts on Facebook and Nextdoor for community engagement.
Can I request a notification on the community sign at the entrance?
Yes. Please contact the community through the contact page.
Who is responsible for street trees and the acorns they drop?
Adjacent homeowners maintain street trees (between sidewalk and road) and must clean up acorns regularly. Slips from acorns are the homeowner's liability per Town Code Section 7.3.7.

Dues

How much are HOA dues?

$83 every quarter, due on: January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1.

Late fees are $20/month for every month they are late. Unpaid balances result in liens and foreclosure.

How do I pay my HOA fees?

Fees are processed by William Douglas Management.

Garbage

When is garbage, recycling, and yard waste pickup?
Garbage and yard waste are picked up every Wednesday, while recycling is picked up every other Wednesday.
Who do I contact with questions about garbage pick up?
Pickup is included in town taxes. Contact Huntersville's Solid Waste/Recycling department.

Other

Where is our polling place for local, state and federal elections?
Typically Bradley Middle School, but verification through the NC Board of Elections website is recommended.
