We are pleased to inform you that William Douglas Management Company has been selected by
your Board of Directors to manage your Single Family Association effective 4/1/2023. The goals of
the Board and William Douglas Management Company are twofold: 1) to ensure that you have an
attractive and enjoyable living experience and 2) to maximize the value of your property.
In an effort to achieve these goals, we work with your Board of Directors to determine the needs of
the community. As your Community Manager, we keep the Association records, and help the
Board develop the annual budget. We also collect Association dues and pay the Association’s bills
such as the common area lawn maintenance, management fees, insurance and annual tax
preparation and filing. We provide monthly income statements, balance sheets, and check detail
reports for the Board.
Communication is important to William Douglas. For this reason, we encourage all homeowners
to register for an account on our web site, www.wmdouglas.com. Once you have registered for an
account, you can choose to make Association payments online, download Association documents,
and other pertinent information.
Your dues rate, frequency, due dates and late fees all remain the same. Included with this notice,
you’ll find explanations of the many payment options that are available to the Association ‘s
membership and a statement if you have not already paid your HOA dues yet.
